The Englert LeafGuard® gutter design is based on the principle of liquid adhesion. Water molecules cling to each other and the surface on which they rest such as the unique Englert LeafGuard® hood. Rainwater is drawn down and around to the underside of the Englert LeafGuard® hood where the accumulated water weight, caused by gravity, forces the water to fall-off into the gutter trough.
